Hi! I’m Ellen.

Native New Yorker but live, learn and create in the Pacific Northwest. My husband and I made a home for our two children, and are now joined by our two grandchildren, and our standard poodle.

From the earliest age I knew….

1. I’m a hula hoop champ.

2. The subjects I always “needed improvement” were – penmanship and behavior.

3.  Family and friends were important to me.

4.  Feeling invisible myself, wanted to be the voice for all youth.

5. I’m in love with the written word.

 

Still true today. (Except maybe the hula hoop champ.)
